2. Account Registration

Creating a personal account is required to use all services on rds4. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If multiple accounts exist within the same household or address, rds4 reserves the right to verify them.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details secure. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Do not share your password with anyone.
  • Notify our support team immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Always log out after using a public device.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

rds4 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID, birth certificate, or other valid documents if needed. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is completed.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

The rds4 platform is for persons aged 21 or above only. This service is open to those aged 21 and over only. Use of the platform by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited.

If a false age is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and the full balance will be forfeited. rds4 is committed to actively preventing access by minors.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

The rds4 platform provides services for players in Bangladesh. Accessing the platform from countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited is not allowed. You confirm that using this service is lawful under the laws of your area.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To claim this bonus, it applies to the first deposit made after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses:

  • The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times.
  • The specified wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bets on all games may not contribute equally to wagering.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system (such as claiming from multiple accounts, using bots, or coordinated strategies) is strictly prohibited. If such irregularities are detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

5.4 Promotion Validity

Each promotion has its own validity period and terms. Once expired, unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled. rds4 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

rds4 is committed to ensuring fair play. All our games are designed to produce technically unbiased results. There is no fixing or bias in game outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits may vary by game and are subject to change at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If abnormal or unreasonable winnings are displayed due to a technical error, rds4 reserves the right to void that payout. The original stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. Game server data will be considered the final record.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Match fixing or the use of inside information in cricket or any other sports betting is strictly prohibited. Specific bets are not settled until the official result is published. If a match is abandoned or postponed, betting rules will apply separately.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rds4 platform:

  • Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Placing strategic opposing bets (arbitrage) to meet bonus requirements.
  • Hacking or using another user's account without authorisation.
  • Using fraudulent payment methods.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  • Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other players or staff.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Warning: If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure Initiated by rds4

rds4 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
  • If KYC verification is not completed.
  • In the event of prolonged inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
  • In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

8.2 Closure Initiated by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time via live chat or email. All pending transactions will be settled before the account is closed.
